If the report fails to generate, contains a calculation error on our end, or you are not satisfied with the result, email us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] and we will work to fix it or issue a full refund.
Refunds do not apply to errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or improperly formatted input data, since the report reflects the transactions you provide. If your report looks wrong, contact us first — most issues come from the input file and we're happy to help you correct it.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
